- Identity & Contact Information: Mobile number, government-issued identification ([Aadhaar Omitted], PAN), and age verification documents (birth certificate or school leaving certificate).
- Academic & Professional Credentials: Secondary and higher secondary certificates, graduation degrees, domicile certificates, valid driving licenses, and ex-servicemen documentation where applicable.
- Application Records: Payment transaction receipts and printed copies of the completed application form.

The information collected from candidates is utilized strictly for lawful recruitment and administrative purposes, including:
- Conducting thorough verification and eligibility assessments regarding identity, age, residential address, and academic qualifications.
- Facilitating official communications through SMS, electronic mail, and portal notices.
- Compiling and publishing merit lists based on performance in written and physical examinations.

Third-Party Sharing
Candidate data is handled with strict confidentiality and is shared externally only under specific, regulated circumstances:
- With law enforcement and judicial authorities in instances involving fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or legal compliance mandates.
- With certified secure payment gateways and accredited third-party background verification agencies to process fees and credentials.

Eligibility Criteria & Application Guidelines
Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for employment:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India.
- Gender: Open to all eligible male and female candidates.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Guard General Duty: Minimum 10th-standard pass from a recognized board.
- Age Limits:
- Guard: 18 to 31 years.
- Age Relaxation: An extension of up to 8 years is applicable for NCC āCā certificate holders and recognized Ex-Servicemen.

Required Documents & Verification Protocol
- Candidates are required to furnish original identification proofs, academic transcripts, domicile certificates, PAN card, birth certificate, and payment confirmation during the verification stages.
- The submission of fraudulent, altered, or forged documents will result in immediate disqualification from the recruitment process, forfeiture of fees, and potential legal prosecution.
- Applicants must maintain a clean record, possessing no pending First Information Reports (FIRs) or criminal convictions.

Fees & Payment Terms
All financial transactions conducted via the portal are governed by the following schedule:
- Application Fee: ā¹799/- (Non-refundable, one-time processing fee).
- Training Fee: Applicable upon formal selection and is strictly non-refundable once the training program commences:
- Guard General Duty : ā¹26,999/-

Candidate Conduct & Examination Rules
- Candidates must report to their designated examination or assessment center at least 120 minutes prior to the scheduled reporting time.
- Absolute discipline must be maintained throughout the premises. The use of electronic gadgets, mobile phones, unfair means, or any form of bribery will lead to immediate expulsion and disqualification.
- Candidates are strictly required to adhere to all instructions issued by examination supervisors, invigilators, and NDF / SNDF officials.

NDF / SNDF Rights & Liabilities
- The decisions of the NDF / SNDF Selection Committee regarding shortlisting, examinations, evaluations, and final selections shall be final and binding on all applicants.
- NDF / SNDF reserves the absolute right to modify, increase, decrease, or cancel the number of available vacancies without prior notice.
- Successful candidates may be assigned to job postings and operational placements anywhere within the territory of India.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the recruitment process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
