The Nationalist Detective Force (NDF) announces a Special Entry Recruitment Campaign, aimed at providing an opportunity for enthusiastic candidates to join the force directly as Detective Guards. This initiative is especially for those who were previously unable to qualify in the official selection process due to traditional criteria such as physical standards, educational requirements, or age limits. This Special Entry process will be based entirely on a Direct Interview, where traditional physical criteria like height, weight, or age limits will not be applicable. The primary basis of selection will be valuable qualities such as presence of mind, patriotism, honesty, a strong sense of responsibility, and readiness to work. Through this Special Entry Recruitment, NDF invites applications from all eligible male and female candidates without any discrimination based on caste, religion, or region. It is hereby clarified that no fixed number of vacancies has been determined under the Special Entry Recruitment process. The available positions may vary depending on the functional requirements of NDF/SNDF, security needs, and administrative circumstances. The management reserves the full right to increase, decrease, or keep the number of positions at zero, and the decision taken in this regard shall be final and binding.

The interview for candidates will be conducted in two stages on the same day: Morning Session – First Interview (Screening Round) and Afternoon Session – Second Interview (Final HR Round).
